What matters is that you feel that you are wrong. And this is subjective as our views of reality.
What matters is what do you you are getting yourself out of feeling that you are wrong.
Sometimes, some defence mechanism remains when they are not suitable anymore but fir psychological reasons they do it.
Are you feeling other people as if they are reproaching or blaming you for something?
