You are not officially in menopause until you didn’t have any period for 12 months. Even if your hormonal level shows menopause, that still means you are pre-menopausal if your periods keep coming back.

Having said that, yes I wake up at crazy times and can’t go back to sleep. It could be effected by menopause I think
