Thanks - going down to 4.5 probably would have been smarter, but when I went up to 5 it was from 4, so that's just where my head went when we talking about decreasing it.
Bit of a moot point now though since I seem to have made it through the worst of the withdrawal. I'm starting to feel normalish, although I'm still a little tentative around food. Should be fully recovered by tomorrow - I hope.
