I got my usual at the coffee shop, large chai, extra chai. And I picked up Year One by Nora Roberts from the library. It’s supposed to be an apocryphal sci fi. It will be interesting to see if Nora can pull it off.

My daughter and her family went up to the family cabin for a weekend get-a-way. It’s a cabin in north Minnesota that belonged to his grandmother. She recently moved to a small senior care apartment closer to health care. The family was trying to keep it as a place they could all share but none of them get up there often enough. Takes a lot of work.
