I’ve had about 1,255 calories today. I had a bag of sliced apples and a protein bar and a grilled chicken breast. I also had an organic frozen pot pie. I had a glass of Starbucks iced coffee and a couple other low calorie drinks.
Last night I went through my pantry and the fridge and freezer and got rid of about 95% of my unhealthy foods. Which was a ton of stuff. The only things I kept were a few single serve containers of Mac and cheese and a few things of instant ramen. And my soda. But all the candy and ice cream and chips are completely gone. I am really trying to watch what I eat.
