My special friend and I have a big thing with the moon and stars. He reminded me about tonight's meteor shower. I completely forgot. He's a few hours away but it makes me feel good knowing we're going to watch it "together". We remind each other to take note every full moon, and for the last supermoon, he came over and we sat and watched the moon rise up over the trees. We both missed Neowise but we can't see them all. We've been this way ever since we saw Ad Astra...well, at least our passion joined as one (we've always loved the moon and the stars and space).

It's a little early for me to watch the meteor shower but in five minutes I saw 6 satellites in the sky. I'm going to wait until midnight before grabbing a blanket and watch the show.
