Spikes, that's great news! It never flattened my mood, either. I also take 1,200 mg of the XR.

Tegretol XR is likely a medication I will want to stay on long-term or even permanently. It's already been years. Hopefully I won't get some bad side effect out of the blue. So far, they've been quite mild and tolerable.
