I recently got an app that allows you to log what you eat and analyzes it for you, breaking each meal into fat, calories, carbs etc. It gives you a cap for each one and tells you where you are for the day. I had 200 calories left for the day tonight and then I went out to eat and ate 1,000!

I also have taken a long break from walking. I need to get back into it! Ive been stalled on my weight loss for over a month!
