My short term memory just sucks so I can’t remember what works and what doesn’t. But I think taking the Xanax at 11 and then the visteral at 3 is what works the best. I had been doing the visteral/ Xanax combo at 11 and it had been making things worse. But I just now took the visteral 1.5 hours after the Xanax and I feel a lot better.
