I ate really healthy today even though some of it was processed. But I had a lot of fruit and vegetables and then protein for dinner. Baby carrots are really good when i’m hungry. I’ve been working my way through a big bag for about a week. I was right around 1200 calories today. The only issue is that I have to go to the store every few days for fresh vegetables and fruit. I can only buy a few things at a time or else they will go bad.
