I feel good. I feel like I've lost the extra weight I've gained. My legs are doing better. I have more energy. I've been eating salads and vegetables. I have some frozen berries in the freezer. I want to try to have some of them today for a treat. I have sugar free cool whip to go with them. I'm doing work around my house for exercise. Things are going well.
