I haven't had a lot of experience with wanting to sleep all the time. I have felt very worn out and didn't really want to move and not getting anything done made me feel even worse. I am currently trying to correct at least some of it by making myself do what I need to get done, it helps me a little bit. I know I am not being much help but I figured I would share my experiences.
