Riptide, I am going through this right now. For the last week plus, I just want to sleep. Doing anything else feels emotionally and physically overwhelming.

I am just simply letting it happen. I'm resting and reading (when I can: sometimes even that is too much) and sleeping a lot more than usual. Something will come along to nudge me out of this eventually... for now I am allowing it to happen. I've discovered that sometimes when I just go with the flow instead of fighting it or judging it as no good, it resolves fairly soon on it's own.
