Whatever you do, dont be scared about it. Whatever happens will be for the best. If you told your teacher not to tell your dad, she might not, but I think they are supposed to tell things like that to your parents. I dont know your whole situation, but I think the best thing to do would be to go to your parents yourself and tell them about it, and ask them if they can take you somewhere to get you help. First, you have to learn if you have anything wrong with you, the more you wait, the more time you will waste.

If you think you have schizophrenia, then you are probably paranoid also. Like I said, dont stress over it, and do whatever you can do get help in whatever way you want to. I just realized for myself that this is no way of living, being paranoid and stressed all the time about stupid things, people are going to do things to help you, nobody goes out of their way to hurt you. As I am telling you this, Im also reminding myself at the same time.

I would tell my dad but I'm kinda afraid that he might not view me in the same way or go into denial or something. Now this I know I'm not being paranoid about. Something like this would be a...spit in the face I gues to him...not so sure though...but thank you for your advice...my teacher responded and she offered some free time at a nearby clinic...I might accept If I can figure out a way to get there without my dad knowing...
