No I use the packet to get the flavoring into the noodles but then I dump out the broth and just eat the noodles. I’m weird like that. I also eat instant Udon noodles which is 290 calories for the whole package. So I’m probably still getting a lot of sodium but not the whole 1600 milligrams.
I think it may just be change in meds and other stuff.
Today I had a couple iced lattes, a Coke, and a small thing of Jelly Beans. but then I also had a couple stuffed bagels, a string cheese and for dinner I had a steamed zucchini and 3oz of grilled chicken. So it wasn’t all bad today.
