Tainted, people on SSI and SSDI, both are eligible to receive this refund. I filed one for my mom.

Although be careful if you haven't filed taxes in a few years and
owe the Gov money this could open up a can of worms, Ive been told by others including lawyers, tax people and Insurance carriers. This is what i have heard. Its like a Bait & switch..????
