I'm newish here. Dealing with GAD and depression. Today was bad. I'm less than a month from being the same age my dad was when he died. It's not anything hereditary and my doctor told me years ago that there is no correlation to me. Still, it's really been on my mind lately, but I've been worried for at least a decade about it. It's been really hot here, so I can't take my dogs on very long walks. That has always been my favorite thing, spending time with them outside, away from "life."
