I had a lot of snacks yesterday evening (just got the urge, and had about 5 bags of potato chips) ate them really quick too.

but apart from that, I've been really good, I think
my issue is when I'm really good (or think I'm really good), I end up starving. like I said before, it's the snacks that fill me up- not the main meals
