When your hungry just force yourself to eat a lot of vegetables before you eat anything else. It should help you not want to eat a lot of high calorie food. That’s what I had to do. Also good name brand string cheese would satisfy my cravings for like quesadillas and other cheesy foods. I also had to clean out my house of unhealthy stuff. So when I get hungry I basically have no choice but to eat vegetables or a granola bar. I do still have soda and a few packages of ramen but I have control over that. Moderation is key and do allow yourself a treat once in awhile.
