You could also try a green concealer underneath any foundation that you are using... the green will help tone down any red scars or marks

They also have dermacolour camouflage make-up aswell, which has proved to be very effective, try one of the mixed pallets out to find out your exact match or use the different shades for all seasons as skin colour tends to change through the year
