Yesterday was 4 hours today only 2 so far and it's already close to 7pm. So I don't think it will be higher.

I can feel my depression coming back.

Possible trigger:

I was also supposed to go back to the gym, but they announced in my area a record number of new cases.

One more day till school starts.
