I had a string cheese and a jerky stick at midnight. Half a bagel with a tablespoon of cream cheese for breakfast. An apple for a mid morning snack. The other half of the bagel with a tablespoon of cream cheese for lunch. I also had a medium iced pumpkin spice latte and a Coke. So far if the coffee is right I’m at 995 calories. I think I’ll just have some squash for dinner.
