I spent an hour or so researching about MCT oil, ketones salts like beta-hydroxy-butryrate in the form of sodium, magnesium and calcium.. mmol/L of ketones.., different diets and types of foods, benefits, etc..
Anyways I took 5mg of olanzepine instead of 0.5mg alprazolam to see if it helps with my focus and impatience so I can go on Coursera without giving up due to stress...
