I joined weight watchers online only yesterday. I was last on 38 weeks ago. I gained 2 lbs since then, so not bad.
Im doing green, even tho their quiz put me in blue! Most of my food is not fresh (my fridge is busted). Anyway, day one was right on point.
Im basically using ww to give myself permission to eat 3 real meals a day. Idky, but i'd been trying to just eat two, then filling up with SHNACKS!!! Not good. I have 32 daily points, 42 weeklies, 100 free foods - fruits and veg.
