I've been mostly stable for the past couple of years. A little depression in the winter, a brief bout of hypomania in the spring. No severe manic or depressive episodes. I'm finally on the right combination of meds and doing well. It took a while to get here, but it's worth all the hard work my psychiatrists and I put in.
