This is driving me crazy. Im not hungry, but i do snack out of boredom, so i am stopping that. And its making me nuts. Hunger is a good reason to eat, anxiety and or boredom is not. Ive spent the last year learning to tell the difference, now i have to - want to, can, have the opportunity to - put it into practice. Boy i dont like any limits on my freedom - but i totally transfer it all to food!
