I felt ok this morning but this afternoon I feel worn out and tired. I got out of breath while putting laundry away and I had to lean against the dresser and rest and take a couple deep breaths. At least I’m staying out of my bed so I feel like I’m coping better emotionally. I had to tell my therapist something in email first because it would have been too weird to tell her in the video session tomorrow. I was nervous about it but She took it just fine. But again I just feel worn out today.
