I think, realistically, this is something you need to have evaluated by medical professionals. But you mentioned you have 4 fractured vertebrae & a disfigured spine curvature. So I'm going to leap to the conclusion what's going on is that one or more of your fractured vertebrae is impinging on some of the nerves in your low back.

I have one fractured vertebrae in my low back which impinges on the sciatic nerve. So I have what is typically referred to as sciatica primarily down my left leg but also, to some extent, down the right leg as well. (Actually it's not as bad as it used to be. Over the years I've walked a lot. And it has helped.) And, you're correct, the pain does tend to move around a bit which can make whatever's going on seem quite confusing. Anyway... that's my non-professional thinking, for what it's worth, with regard to what may be going on with you. Please see your doctor.
