Too much going on inside my world and outside . It is not a good place to be in. I feel scared and alone like no one is there. I just need someone to know I am here, that these feelings are real and that I am doing the best I can. The tears I cry are flowing so fast that breathing is becoming hard. I am trying to ground but finding it hard.

2. feel the floor beneath me
3. look at the familiar room
4. feel the keyboard
5. look for colors
7. breath (in and out)
8. listen to myself
9. let others in
10.keep breathing
I could really use a hug and someone to sit with me quietly. You will not know that I am even here. I feel scared tonight. I feel like--I mean I do not want to be alone.
