I think it's the quality of sleep that matters the most. Two nights ago, I slept for 3 hours but it was such a great sleep.. Had no panic attack and then last night I slept 11 hours - Great sleep - Dreamt a lottttt..
I'm sure that I won't panic today - Hopefully I won't.
