i am sorry that you had that happen to you... i understand how your feeling if that helps... are you in t? if not the local rape crisis center can help you find one... usually they will see you for about 10 visits and then refer you to someone... i find that if i journal it... it helps ... drinking might help in the short term... but over all it won't... take gentle care...lyn
