One of my alters/voices just asked “”when I’m going to eat something””?
Then another talked to her my young voice he said “she will soon””
He is my older voice, And that’s what it’s like for me

I have DID-like changes w my schizoaffective disorder stuff. But my personality changes occur when I cycle from one state to another.
Do your alters only come when you are, say, depressed?
