Also I know I’m getting bad sleep in general because my eyes are darker around them. Like it’s darker around my eyes. (Idk how to phrase that). Plus I woke up, and I had went down like 4-5 pounds. Crazy huh? I’m sure it was all water weight but I started to get scared cuz I got up to...well a high weight. When I get bad sleep I gain weight, no matter how good I eat. When I get good sleep I lose weight. Idk how to explain it. Also when I get bad sleep my digestive system doesn’t work right like it should.
