I wish my father could have uttered those words but instead died from a heart attack....most likely a combination of: high blood pressure, overweight, twenty+ yr smoker, hereditary heart issues, etc. Oh yeah he was only 46 or 47. Major bummer.

Smoking is something that I can soapbox about but it doesn't do anyone any good. It is up to the individual to decide. You had a little help from health issues to sway your choice and I'm extremely sorry that you had to endure that but I'm not sorry that you are now an EX smoker!!!
