Wish I could start over with a clean slate. Because right now thanks to therapy I see my own behavioural patterns but am somehow still unable to keep myself from ruining things/relationships.
Feels like I am still sabotaging myself while I try to fix a sinking ship.
How do I get past this state without beating myself up for every mistake I saw coming?
How do I rewrite my story if the pages seem already full?
