I feel pretty good today. I’ve slept 12 hours 2 nights in a row. Before that my sleep was horrible. Last night I did not use melatonin and I woke up a couple times and got right back to sleep unlike before where I’d be up for a few hours. I have my sensory thing now which is making a major difference in my sleep and my anxiety as well. And then my moods are under control because my anxiety is under control and so I’m doing much better then I have been doing in a long time.
