Use ear plugs. Ignoring him for a week or so he will calm down and learn not to bother you. When I brought my guy home I ignored him once the lights were turned out. It’s hard at first but they’ll get the idea. My guy comes up on my bed to say goodnight but once I turn off the lights he goes elsewhere. Recently he’s been sleeping on the spare bed. I make sure he has food and he lets me sleep in. The other day though I forgot to make sure he had food before I went to bed and in the morning he was sitting by my head staring at me. I also irregularly hide treats around the family room at night so he has something to do.
