I feel a little bit restless and anxious,also a kind of impatience.I am keen to leave the house and start my round of things to do today.
I am waiting until it's time for my appointment at the doctors to leave the house and ring a taxi.
I am having shooting pains in my right breast which worry me,I googled and found out its not likely to be cancer,which is reasuuring and I don't have any lumps in that
breast,so its probably nothing to worry about.Probably hormonal but the pain is like shooting pains and quite sharp it hurts a lot.
So this is upsetting me.
Another thing frustrating me I was told 5 days ago that a refund for a college course that I had to withdraw from had been actioned to go back into my bank account.It's been 5 working days since then which is how long it's supposed to take for the funds to go back into my bank account,but no sign of it and I am short of money in my bank account,and a direct debit went out early leaving me seriously short of spending money.So annoyed about that.

Also upsetting me today,I rang my mum yesterday at her care home to speak to her ,she was having conversations out loud to imaginary villagers that she thinks are still alive and surrounding her from 70 years ago,she was talking to them and replying in her own voice while the carer held the phone for her and she didn't even acknowledge I was on the phone speaking to her.Then I shouted at her to answer me and she di she said she couldn't talk to me that her friends were there and she wanted to talk to them could I leave her and ring back later.So I said goodbye to her but it upset me cos it show that us not visiting her regularly is making her dementia worse.

So lots of issues today that are upsetting me.But I will get on with my day.I am going to my favourite cafe later and watching a film at the cinema,hopefully that will help me feel better.
