I haven’t been counting calories this past week but I haven’t been eating too much either. I haven’t been finishing things or eating throughout the day or anything. And I’ve been skipping meals because I haven’t been hungry. Mainly lunches and dinners. Today I did count calories and I had about 1270. I had a couple sodas, 8 pizza chicken nuggets and dinner is going to be an Amy’s organic breakfast burrito. I cut way down on iced coffee from Starbucks and fast food.
