I deal with this during my flare ups. I eat yogurt, jello and fresh fruits. I get soup sometimes...it’s harder for me to get soups because of all my food allergies/gluten sensitivity.
I try to tell myself I have to eat enough to take my vitamins, immune supplements and medications.
I hate when the pain is severe and I want to soak however am not able to because the pain is also in my hands and shoulders. Which I would not be able to get out of my bathtub because of the pain.
Keeping you in my thoughts
