@busymomof5: There are two different options to reply, the quick reply which is the field directly below the last post, and the "REPLY" button which is to the left just above the quick reply field. Hit the REPLY button and the new field which opens up will have a bunch more emoji options. Otherwise, I suspect people are getting the codes for them from the web.
