My brother pointed out shortness of breathe, I've been to the er twice for difficulty breathing. Passed all tests, even covid test was negative.

But still trouble breathing and i figure cause I'm 100 lbs overweight. I exercise. I'm out of shape physically despite walking and doing exercises 4 times a week. Doctors don't see anything wrong. But something is wrong unless it's just old age setting in. I'm 46. Any thought of what i can check? They ran heart check, stress test, mri cat scan all fine. Covid test negative.

It started in January at least when I first noticed it.
Hello there - sorry to feel you are dealing with a cornucopia of symptoms. I am 48 years old myself and tbh it might be helpful to consult an endriconologist (sp?) as well as your gynecologist. They can run tests for your metabolism and thyroid/pituitary glands etc. You could also be experiencing symptoms of peri-menopause? I am starting that myself so your symptoms seem quite familiar. May be helpful to see a specialist in food allergies too? Certain food allergies can cause fatigue, lethargy and weight gain. PLEASE don't give in to that "old age" foolishness. You are too young hun!
I wish you all the best!
