Oh we just had very lazy seals. They would sit and bask on the sandbanks at the mouth of the river...til the oil rigs got built then the seals stopped coming for a while. But they soon came back.

Glad you're managing to get some sleep with your meds, it makes a huge difference as i'm slowly finding out.
