We've got high winds predicted so the power company is going to be shutting off the electricity to avoid hot lines blowing into the trees. A lot of the land around us has already burned as some of you might remember but the forest directly surrounding us is still standing and potential fuel. So it will be a bit inconvenient without power for the duration of the wind storm but better that than another forest fire.

Anyhow, all this to say I will be absent for a couple of days for a good reason. No worries.
