I see a skin care specialist. She picks everything which helps sometimes. Have you tried tea tree oil? It works. Only the Body Shop brand doesn't sting. It's natural and a small bottle costs $9 on amazon, Ulta, and the Body Shop.
It's better for small to medium pimples though. I take the mask off the second I'm outside. I wash the reusable ones. The disposable ones still make me break out.
