I know this might not help much? But at least you have a roof over your head. Professional care can suck anywhere. Even where I live, many people believe we have great health care. And especially now with covid, all healthcare is delayed due to covid. Doctors that are for extreme health issues are down to video care, or phone appointments because they cant go from the hospital back to their office in a day because of covid restrictions

I know myself how hard life is. My son cant grt appropriate care. I cant. Life is hard but I try to live in the moment. I'll be happy to eat something tonight if i find something since I've lost all energy
