I’m slipping back into my existential crisis phase again. I haven’t been here in over 5 years but I am having trouble getting myself to do anything which should be fun since my biggest work project is a little less than a month from needing to be done and my energy is at about 5-10% of capacity. Thoughts of “Why do I even bother, indeed why does anyone even bother.” are now my constant companion. All of my former interests, hobbies, and passions seem dumb and boring to me now. “Why are we here?” plays on loop in my head.
