My problem is I usually have to eat right before bed because I’m so hungry. Or I lay in bed for an hour and get so tired of laying there I just get up and have a snack just to do something. But in total I have lost 14 pounds. I haven’t really seen it yet but I’ve noticed my men’s large tee shirts fitting a bit looser. And today put on some khakis for work that I haven’t worn since March and they definitely fit better. I could button them without a struggle! So it is working.
If I make it to 21 pounds lost, I will have hit two milestones. First, the only time ever in my life that I’ve lost more than 20lb trying to. And, I will be under 200lb for the first time since November of 2017! So hopefully by November I will make it there. It’s so hard to think ahead and realize how long it’s going to take me to lose the weight I need to, but I’m losing at the rate That’s recommended for sustainable weight loss.

Wow! You're on a roll. It feels great to hit milestones. I hope it continues to work for you. I love it when my clothes fit better or when I can get back into a skinny outfit that was just too tight before.
