My student had a rough day today so I was trying to encourage him to participate in gym class by doing the workout video. I went down for a squat and couldn’t get back up!!! I have never been one for exercise. I think I am afraid to try because I think I won’t be able to do it. But this is my motivation! I want to be able to do a damn squat without falling over!
I found some workout videos on YouTube for obese beginners. I can get YouTube on my tv through my cable provider so I’m going to buckle down and give it a go. I’m also walking at least 5000 steps a day just by going to work, so that’s good!
