It's been 15 years on meds and they cause more harm. I don't have a med provider. I feel our of control. I'm not handling life well. I'm concerned and angry. There is smoke in the air. My sense of safety has vanished!!!

I have my t, and that's going good. But how it went down with med provider didn't help. I didn't even say I had a thought about sui. T will find out tomorrow. For now I need sleep, and my Calm app with a bedtime story.
